Protecting your personal data and your privacy is particularly important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In the data protection declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be saved for the event of processing the request and for follow-up questions for six months. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Data-storage
We would like to point out that personal data is processed by natural and legal entities for the purpose of order fulfillment and contract execution.
This involves: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, fax number, company address.
Your data will be transmitted to third parties exclusively on the basis of the GDPR, in particular to fulfill your order and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be saved until the tax retention period (7 years) expires.
Your legal rights
You are entitled to obtain information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
